This process halts fermentation and results in a sweet wine with a high sugar content. Serra Mission specifically selects grapes known for producing exceptional dessert wines, with these varieties thriving in the warm climate of California's San Joaquin Valley.

Known for their after-dinner drink appeal and as ideal ingredients for home and restaurant kitchens, Serra Mission Port wines are crafted in a traditional Portuguese style. With a ruby color featuring tawny hues and rich flavors of raisin and prune, our Port is a blend of Carignane, Ruby Cabernet, and Grenache varietals.
